Member Support Coordinator
Hayley Goss

The role of the Member Support Coordinator is to:

  • Provide information and assistance to members in accessing both DVA and non-DVA health and support services that are available in the community.

  • Assist members to access healthy lifestyle programs and activities available in the community.

  • Assist members to access information about the full range of DVA benefits, pensions and allowances.

In particular, the Member Support Coordinator is available to assist members with:

  • Welfare and social  advice and support.

  • Pension and advocacy representation and advice.

  • Transport and mobility assistance advice.

  • Home security, maintenance, lawn and garden maintenance advice and assistance through local contractors.

  • Distress relief.

  • Hospital, nursing home and home visiting.
